By requesting access, you confirm authority to act on behalf of your institution and agree to abide by these Terms and applicable regulations.

Pilot access is limited to evaluation purposes and does not constitute a live production trading relationship.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or reverse engineer our systems.

Participants must be qualified financial institutions, family offices, or accredited professional investors.

We may request documentation to verify eligibility and may suspend access if requirements are not met.

All materials, models, and performance insights shared during the pilot remain confidential and proprietary to Botchemy.

You agree to safeguard our confidential information and notify us of any unauthorized disclosure.

The pilot is provided "as is" without warranties; Botchemy is not liable for any losses resulting from pilot usage.

You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions and compliance obligations.

We may update these Terms as we expand platform capabilities; changes will be communicated to pilot participants.

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
